Built from salvage

Three food trucks of excellent, thoughtful, quality street food in one brick-and-mortar building.

Craig and Rebecca wanted food trucks. City ordinances didn't allow them when they were needed, so when the restaurant space at the front of the building sat empty for more than a year, they built the trucks inside instead.

The build-out is full of salvage, including metal from an 1851 farmhouse and diner tables rebuilt with pallet wood.
